It should come as no surprise that Ms. Reber chose Real Estate as her career having grown up on construction work sites as her family developed residential property in the heart of Virginia. Originally a native of Florida, she has spent her life living between Virginia and the Upstate of South Carolina where she began her career, deciding on Charleston in 1998 as her place of personal residence.
After several years of residential property management, her focus turned to commercial real estate management / brokerage where she received her license in 2001. Over the years she has successfully managed commercial properties, gained knowledge in 1031 tax exchanges as she has worked with investors in acquiring fractional ownerships of Class A commercial real estate, managing two condo conversions in the Southeast and helping investors and first time home buyers in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Luxury Land and Homes in both commercial and residential markets and services the entire Tri-County area. She currently is working towards obtaining her CCIM designation. During Sarah's free moments you will find her fishing the flats of the LowCountry, shrimping, hunting, oil painting or you may run into her on the golf course.
As a REALTOR® member of the National Association of Realtors and the Trident Association of Realtors, Ms. Reber believes in giving back to the community with a portion of her closed transactions being donated to a local non-profit agency of her client's choice.
